The feet need careful preparation
before being subjected to the bastinado. I know that lots of people will
simply tie the victim down, remove his shoes and socks, restrain his
feet and then start whipping his helpless soles. Yes, that is a great
way to go about it, but why not spend a little time preparing his soles
to meet the cane.
There are lots of ways to prepare the victim for the bastinado. Here are
a few simple ideas:
Make him stand barefoot on beer bottle tops for some time. This is
very painful after only a few minutes. The soles will already be very
sore before the first stroke of the cane.
Those of you who enjoy tickle torture can make use of all your skills
on your hapless victims soles before he endures your canes.
Maybe some heat torture to his soles would be a great preparation.

Walking in bare
feet
I really enjoy being made to undertake a long walk in bare feet. If the
soles of the feet are sore and tender before they receive the bastinado,
the punishment is so much more difficult to tolerate. The walk should be
a real challenge with the bare soles having to suffer a long walk on
rough and sharp surfaces
Removing The Shoes And Socks
Being ordered to remove my own shoes and socks is to me a very
submissive act. Willingly obeying the order to “Remove your shoes and
socks” and presenting my naked soles to the bastinado is a great
experience. So I see no problems with the victim being made to remove
his own shoes and socks ready for the punishment.·
The way you remove your victims shoes and socks is an import part of the
bastinado punishment. Some people enjoy tying down the victim and
removing his shoes and socks themselves. Other people enjoy making their
victim strip their own feet for punishment. Either way is fine - just
enjoy.
Having my partner/master remove my shoes and socks
is a very humiliating experience. It removes any feeling of willingness
to me having my soles bared for punishment. Personally speaking I really
enjoy having someone else remove my clothing especially my shoes and
socks. However you remove the shoes and socks in readiness for the
bastinado it is important to saver and enjoy that part of the session.
